Infinite Craft Anime Recipes — Every Character, Series & Hidden Combo

Anime is the gateway to over forty character recipes in Infinite Craft. Once you have it in your library, the entire Japanese pop-culture branch opens — Naruto, Goku, Luffy, Pikachu, Sailor Moon, and every other named character from the medium. But getting Anime itself is the hard part: Japan takes eight combinations, America takes five, and neither is obvious.

This page covers the full anime branch. It starts with the two verified routes to Anime itself, then breaks down every character and series recipe that opens from there. If you are completely new to the chain, the how to make Anime in Infinite Craft guide walks through the Japan route step by step. This page assumes you either have Anime or know how to get it.

The short answer

Anime = Japan + America. Japan comes from Land + Sushi, and America comes from Continent + Lake. There is also a shorter alternate route: Manga + Japan = Anime, where Manga itself is Book + Japan. Most players use the Japan + America route because it opens more downstream recipes.

📸 What the anime branch looks like

The screenshots below show two different save files — one right after Anime was built, one with several character recipes already unlocked.

Infinite Craft sidebar showing Anime element next to Japan and America

Anime in the sidebar. The Anime card sits next to Japan and America — the two ingredients it was built from. Most players stop here and miss the forty recipes below.

Infinite Craft canvas showing Naruto, Goku, Luffy and Pikachu connected to Anime

Four characters from one element. Naruto, Goku, Luffy and Pikachu on the canvas, all branching from the same Anime card.

📺 Anime series and franchises

Series recipes work the same way as character recipes — you combine Anime with a theme or concept. The table below covers the franchises that unlock the largest downstream branches.

Series Recipe What it unlocks
Dragon Ball Z Cyborg + Dragon — or Anime + Destruction Goku, Shenron, Super Saiyan
One Piece Anime + Pirate Luffy, Zoro, Treasure
Pokemon Anime + Fish Pikachu, Charizard, Squirtle
Death Note Anime + Death L, Light, Ryuk
Jujutsu Kaisen Satoru Gojo + Katakana Yuji Itadori, Sukuna, Megumi
Neon Genesis Evangelion Angel + Anime Eva, Shinji, Rei

🔗 Chain spotlight — Anime to Luffy in four combinations

This is the shortest complete character chain in the anime branch that still produces a named main character. Every recipe after Anime takes one combination — Pirate and Monkey are the only two ingredients you need beyond that.

🎌 Anime + 🏴‍☠️ Pirate = 📜 One Piece + 🎌 Anime = 🏴‍☠️ Luffy + 🐒 Monkey = 👒 Monkey D. Luffy
What this unlocks: Once you have Luffy, you can build Zoro (Luffy + Sword), Nami (Luffy + Seaweed), and Sanji (Luffy + Cook). The entire One Piece crew opens from this one character.

🧭 What the anime branch unlocks

Anime is not an endpoint — it is a hub. Six other Infinite Craft recipe categories depend on it. These are the most direct paths from the anime branch.

❓ Questions players ask about anime recipes

How do you make Anime in Infinite Craft?

Combine Japan + America. Japan comes from Land + Sushi, and America comes from Continent + Lake. There is also a shorter route through Manga: Manga + Japan, where Manga itself is Book + Japan. Full step-by-step on our Anime guide.

Which anime character is easiest to make?

Sailor Moon is the fastest — it is Anime + Water, one combination after you have Anime. Pikachu is second — Pokemon (Anime + Fish) plus Anime. Both take under a minute once Anime exists in your library.

Why does my Anime recipe give something different?

The engine sometimes returns a nearby result depending on context. If Japan + America gives something unexpected, try Manga + Japan instead. Both routes are accepted by the engine, and one usually works when the other does not.

Do I need Anime to make Gojo?

No. The Gojo chain uses GO + OJ — letters, not Anime. The two paths share no ingredients. Gojo is a completely separate branch that happens to also be anime-themed.
