Contact Infinite Craft Game
This is a fan-run resource with no support desk, no ticket system, and no AI-generated autoresponder. One person reads the inbox. If you have found a broken Infinite Craft recipe, an error on a page, or a Infinite Craft browser issue that the site does not mention, send a message below. Everything goes to the same shared inbox.
Before you write, check the two sidebars next to the form. Roughly half of the messages we get are already answered on the FAQ page or the tips & tricks guide. Checking there first is faster than waiting for a reply.
Send a message
Use the form below to report a broken recipe, suggest a new guide, flag a site problem, or send general feedback. Every message is read by a person. The more detail you include — exact element names, browser, what you expected versus what happened — the faster the fix.
📸 What a good report looks like
The most useful messages include a screenshot of the element card that is giving you trouble, plus the exact combination you tried. If you cannot take a screenshot, just write out the formula — Steam + Earth or Venus + Mud is enough for us to reproduce it.
If you are reporting a missing recipe, include the full chain from the four starting elements. Not just the final combination. That way we can verify every step before publishing it.
📨 Four things worth sending
Not every message needs to be a formal bug report. Here are the four categories that actually lead to changes on this site — and a rough example of what a useful message looks like for each one. All four are read; the difference is how quickly they get fixed.
The most common and most useful report. If a chain that used to work now produces a different element or nothing at all, tell us. The exact step matters more than anything else.
If you have discovered a chain for an element that has no page yet, we want to know. Include the full chain from the four starting elements, not just the final combination — the whole path gets verified.
Sometimes the recipe works but the page describes it incorrectly. Wrong order, wrong element name, or a shortcut that no longer exists. Small fixes with big impact for the next reader.
Layout problems, missing cross-links, pages hard to read on mobile, sections that could be clearer. If something slows you down, say so. Not every suggestion gets implemented, but all of them get read.
⏱️ Response expectations
This is a fan site, not a support desk. There is no guaranteed reply time and no ticket number. What there is instead is a small group of people who actually care whether the recipes on this site are correct.
Broken recipes get priority. If a page has a wrong chain, it gets fixed before any other work happens. Suggestions are read, weighed against the existing structure, and implemented only if they genuinely help — not to fill a quota of changes.
If you never hear back, it is not because your message was ignored. It is usually because the issue was clear enough to fix without follow-up questions. Silence in that case is the good outcome.
❓ Quick contact questions
No. Leave the name field blank if you prefer. The only required field is your email address, and that is only used to reply. No verification, no account, no confirmation link.
Only if it is tested and reproducible. Every published recipe gets rebuilt from the four starting elements first. If it works consistently, it goes up.
Yes. Requests are the second most common message. If the element is commonly searched for and the chain is verified, it gets prioritized. Very niche elements may sit in the queue longer.
No. This site has no Discord, no subreddit, and no social media. It is a static resource. The only way to reach the people who write it is through the form above.
